From the Editor Italian Mediterranean drilling moratorium Dev George Managing Editor BP's US Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Horizon disaster on the Macondo Field has had repercussions around the globe with environmental and conservation organizations as well as opposition politicians and alternative energy proponents all calling for prohibition of anything and everything that seems to have any possible consequence as calamitous as the BP debacle.
